The Sweetest Little Cafe

This bright, charming cafe, @saraladiescafe, is my happy place. I started coming here when Ezra was 1 month old – once a week we would stop in after our Mommy + Me yoga class (stop your snickering, it was a nice bonding experience). The employees, all sweet and friendly ladies, would dote on him while he slept in his car seat. All that yoga tired him out. 😅 I’d get a moment to relax, enjoy a chai latte and a pezzo-mozzarella sandwich, and read a couple chapters.

Every time we stop in, they remark about how big Ezra is getting, and now I have a new car seat baby to add to the mix. Though it is called a “ladies” cafe, Sean is able to join us in the family section and he’s especially partial to the chicken mushroom sandwich, in case you were wondering.

Their salads are phenomenal, their grilled sandwiches hit the spot, and the baked goods are way too yummy (monkey bread, lavender chiffon cake, sticky toffee pudding…). Ingredients are fresh, and they have a ton of dairy-free/gluten-free/sugar-free options. Plus, the ladies who work there are the sweetest. If you live in Jeddah or are here for a visit, this is a delightful place to have a meal or meet friends over coffee. I’m only a 5 minute drive away, so order me a chai latte and I’ll be right there!  ☕️
